Our Team

Christina is delighted to join the Great Minds Virtual team and brings 11 years of experience teaching history and humanities in the public schools of New York City and Chappaqua, NY. A graduate of Dartmouth College, she believes that discussion and inquiry are fundamental to the study of history and looks forward to exploring the past with practices like Socratic seminar and oral declamation.

Christina lives on a small farm in the western Catskills of New York called Tenfold Farm, where her family raises pastured livestock. She is a founding member of the local PTA and active in the county 4-H club. One of the things that most attracted her to Great Minds Virtual was the geographical and cultural diversity of our students. She can’t wait to meet the students and families who join us in building a thoughtful, supportive community.
